Priest Luis Padillo offers last rites to a loyalist soldier who is mortally wounded by a sniper during military rebellion against President Bétancourt at Puerto Cabello naval base.  About the wounded at least two versions, most agree that it is the Lieutenant LuisAntonio Rivera Battalion Sanoja Carabobo, while others say it is Jesus CorporalAndres Garces of the First Battalion Rifle Company Piar No. 31 . In order not to overstretch the story, the photo above was by Hector Rondon Lovera World Press Photo Award 1962 and the following year he also credited the coveted Pulitzer Prize.
